Simply pick up items on the floor, such as rugs, plants and trash cans, as well as sweep or vacuum the area to be cleaned.
We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster Clean of Saint John focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster Clean of Saint John does not do rough clean.
The team at ServiceMaster Clean of Saint John will work with you to schedule a suitable time, typically after hours. In the event that it is unfeasible to clean the entire area in one visit, we will develop a customized program to clean your carpets in sections. Our technician will also inform you of estimated dry times needed.
